    Why is Cosmetics disabled for CTF? I can understand why pets are disabled but why trails?

    I believe there was an arena battle and it was all mage vs mage. It got to a point where the damage spells and fireworks caused the server to lag so hard that you'd run at 1-5 fps and if you were lucky, you could actually move. Now I believe that the power of particle trails is to dangerous in the hands of us CTFers, which means that we shouldn't have particles because of the lag it would bring.

    They get in the way, a lot. This isn't a huge issue with most gamemodes but on CTF, there's a lot more action going on therefore they're more of a hassle here.

    I clearly see a reason for them to be disabled, since classes such as Ninja would have an disadvantage ingame (if they are particle users) and players would be able to track them. Same applies to Archers, but this time the other players would have an advantage as long as Archers would not be able to snipe easily with someone having his particles enabled.
