    How you doin' Brawl Community?
    We all remember the old CTF right?
    Like, back in 2014? I hope so.
    Back then, Soldier was very fun to use and was VERY popular.
    Only for 1 reason: Wall Climbing.
    Yes! Wall climbing was the best thing in the history of Brawl.
    We can still climb now, but back then it was Special.
    Because, we could climb the tallest towers, without having ANY breaks.
    A.K.A we had UNLIMITED boost to climb.
    But now, we can only use it a couple times.
    So if we get chased and fail at climbing, we... are... going... to... DIE!

    My point is, me and almost every single other CTF tryhard player miss this extremely fun ability.
    I even talked about it couple times In-Game.

    I stopped maining offensive soldier after they got rid of unlimited wallclimb. Really hope that it'll be brought back some time in the future

    Giving unlimited wallclimbing is just a terrible idea. Wallspamming was a skillless way of stealing the flag and escaping. -1

    no, it hardly changed anything anyway imo except you sometimes have to wait a bit. You also have to plan out stuff more which is better rather than being able to climb up and down everything (although the you still can sorta). Pyro also got nerfed so if you made it like the original, you would have to revert pyro as well. Soldier is fine right now as it is.

    Castle Caverns is already broken enough.
    Honestly if you run out of "mana" you shouldn't be playing the class. Although I'm not good at soldier capping I still never run out of the charge even while climbing everything possible. Same story as chemist IMO.
    Also what about those randies that wallspam the ground until they get to a tree or something? Annoying af.

    The only was that i would accept 2014 soldier wall climbing is if the old pyro was brought back.

    We already got rid of unlimited soldier wall-climb for a reason. It allowed players to wall-spam to a frankly ridiculous extent. The class wasn't massively overpowered, so a relatively small nerf was added to prevent them from doing this. Frankly it did exactly what was intended - the soldiers now have a limit, but not one so severe it ruined the class. If you're efficient with your jumps you can still wall climb with pretty much no hinderance, and plenty of people enjoy the benefits of less spammy soldiers. It would also re-break some of the ridiculously OP soldier maps like those that have already been spoken about.
