    I don't think you can save necro even if you gave it a God kit.

    The necro buff needs to go further, imo. What happened was a good start, but it wasn't far enough to make necro desirable to play to the average player.

    Aren't the Zombies of Necro like really damn bad? If so, if that's his main kit utility, why not work around that?

    That looks really sketchy lol. It's like something I'd imagine from the dark web.

    For necro, I feel like it should be buffed, but not in something small like its armor or knockback on pickaxe. Those things don't really affect gameplay. Instead, it probably needs another rework on its abilities of summoning the dead. In fact, I'd be down to nerf its armor to something like engi's to buff its zombies/undead to something much better like speed III, strength I and resistance III. The current necro has terrible damage output and even though this has probably been said already, the zombies cannot kill. Even a full buffed zombie/mob can't kill a naked ninja, and they can't even chase down a flag carrier. Sometimes, they actually help the enemy carrier by blocking the view and creating visual clutter (it's harder to spot a celebrity or someone in a crowd than just in open space). I would say buff necro enough to where noobs will choose it almost as much as they choose engineer. Necro has no players and needs something to make it balanced, but somewhat used.

    I agree, necro needs a buff or rework nothing on it invites players to want or buy it in anyway.

    Necro being a necromancer means it's very core is summoning minions to do his bidding. Because of this, I also believe his minions need a buff. It'd be nice to see zombies doing other things besides just running faster or hitting stronger. These are a couple ideas:
    Zombie:
    • Throw ghasts balls
    • Multiply by breaking into two smaller zombies
    • Create crowd debuffs like blindness or slowness when they hit or are hit
    • Grow in size whenever hit
    Skeleton:
    • Create debuffs when they hit (slowness, blindness, etc.)
    • shoot flaming arrows
    • fastbow for a couple of seconds (not sure about this one yet)
    Don't know what comes after skeleton, but I have a pretty decent start I think. Let me know what you think as well.

    very interesting ideas...id love to have them implemented
    esp the zombie ghast balls (firing once every 5 seconds, targeting radius of maybe 6-8 blocks) as an upgrade, letting them multiply as two baby zombies if they get killed, and giving area debuff if they hit or get hit
    and with the skeletons, to have them machine gun flaming arrows whenever a target is in range (8 block radius?) for 3 sec every 3 sec or something like that could be an upgrade on top of the debuffs they give when default melee hitting or when they get hit

    on top of that, if we can improve mob targeting AI and give them greater initial buffs (of speed and resistance) that could put necro into a strong, fun, versatile, and viable place

    Necro needs to be totally redone or removed at this point...
    A buff acts as a multiplier of abilities for a class. Zero multiplied by anything is still zero.

    I'd like to see necro's steak replaced by rotten meat, which heals less but is replenished when a mob dies. That way Necro could stay alive longer to keep killstreaks running.

    I don't know I've ever heard that idea before. Very interesting. Are you proposing the rotten flesh heals, say, 2 hearts instead of the current amount?

    Rotten Flesh (((3 hearts) Gets more from kill from mobs/player) max 5)
    Remove Pickaxe (((Buff the sword) Not needed) Bothers me fighting with a pick personally)
    Mobs get buffed when spawned ((Sucks hitting someone 50 times and buffing a zombie and watching it die) Or no buffs and just stronger mobs)
    Remove beacon (See below) or add more areas. (Different restrictions then Engi)
    All mobs from start (Zombie, Skeleton, Spider) One type at time) 5 second CD between switch)
    Zombie: Normal damage, every x(3?) hits steals a steak. -1 max follows player like dog (responds automatically after x(6?) seconds)
    Skeleton: Bow ((((Dont walk around) Decent damage) No KB) Mini Engi turret) -2 max
    Spider: Gives poison one for x(6?) seconds on hit. -3 max throw-able out of egg
