Recov "Stealing" - Do You Care?

If it's in a crowded room, everyone is trying to kill the flag carrier and recover the flag. It should be expected that you won't always recover when you get the kill. If you have a problem with that, best to just move on imo.

I don't care because if you just stand in front of the player when they die you're pretty much set to get the recovery first. And the fact stats don't matter and it doesn't take long for another person to recover someone else kill them and you accidentally steal the recovery too or get it yourself.

 

I mean it's teamwork. If you just leave the flag there there's no point because the enemy can get it again, so you might as well recover it.

 

Its more inportant to the goal of the game to recover the flag. If an archer or someone else kills the flag carrier and you see someone running for it u gotta do what u gotta do. I accidentally recov a lot too. People shouldn’t be mad for petty reasons like that. Though we’re all guilty sometimes.

 

Imo it depends. If I’m playing archer, there’s really no point for me to run over the flag if I headshotted the carrier from across the map. I’d be completely fine if someone recovs that. Now if I solo kill the carrier and some noob/randee walks up and snatches the recov, I’ll be slightly ticked off, but it’s not that big of a deal. It’s just that some people could be angry because they feel like other people are stealing that satisfaction of having their name displayed on everybody’s screens from recovering the flag.

I've never really cared who gets the recov as long as they get it lol

Plus I have almost 10,000 recoveries anyway, so the occasional recov steal really doesn't matter to me lmfao

 

Dont care about who gets the xp as long as we win the game

 

I can see why it would be annoying to new players/players who don't have every class. Most regs have all classes so credits mean nothing to them anyway, but to somebody aiming to buy a class with credits, the frustration from recov stealing, especially if it happens consistently is understandable.

The game isn't about who recovers, it's about the flag getting recovered.

I understand the whole credits argument, but it's easy enough to get credits/classes without spending $ already imo (although credits for a class is a bit high).

 

I find it annoying sometimes. Depends on what I decide to stat***** for that specific day.

 

I know I'm a kitplayer but I sometimes, and I mean like once in 3847 years, I play ctf. My opinion is IDC if anyone gets the flag. It be the kill that I want
