    YOU'RE LOSING MORE STAFF MEMBERS THAN GAINING THEM, KILLING THE SERVER OFF EVEN FASTER

    DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF IGNORING ALMOST EVERY SINGLE RESIGNATION THAT TAKES PLACE

    quit taking MONTHS to accept player's applications. NMH's should've been accepted by now, along with Nick's. Cuddled should've been replaced by now, along with Blamo. I don't care how many of these threads have to be made to get it through your heads, your server is dying. do something about it

    how many SMODs/mods leaving will it take for you to fix your staff team Jesus Christ.

    the sad thing is this thread is probably just going to be ignored by the higher ups again, even if I tag them. so I won't bother somebody else can do it if they want.

    just do something lmao, we don't need new game modes right now we need staff and an anticheat that works.

    for reference, this server has had 10 resignations since November. this server has only accepted 2 people since November as well. incredible

    brawl doesnt need more staff, they need to teach the current ones how to actually moderate a server.

    The problem is that quite a few "decent" (discuss) staff applications were posted by members who are in, for example, Raid teams who are known to cheat/help cheaters/defend them. I can perfectly understand people being denied for something like that as I'm sure that past WarZ staff has abused in that fashion (no hate towards WarZ, it's just unfortunately the most obvious example (but someone like NMH can change that I'm sure)).

    The interview isn't the problem. That's the easiest part imo. They just need to promote more JMODS to MOD.

    Another problem is that at least 33%of the MODs are inactive. Just demote them or kick them and engage new ones.

    2015 staff - relaxed 2017/18 staff - OMG HE SAID **** MUTE HIM 20 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!
    only people who can replace current staff are the old staff like patrickdem,poske,scoat etc.

    can someone make fuiji an SMOD for ****s sake. I know a lot of people may not agree, but ww needs a SMOD, and hes the most active MOD we have currently.

    @Eil for admin,
    @AnonymousGalaxy for event manager (fr there needs to be more events, people love that stuff), @SoCool21 for HG (try to revive that thing) and that fuji kid for whatever he does. Eil can help out with everything else, mainly staff manager stuff tho, anon can help take over some of the raid things as well as his event things, and everyone else would be pretty straight forward imo. I also think certain staff need to be cleaned out, not naming names tho. Imo, this would help a lot

    I don't get some people's reasoning regarding the Staff Interview. Why make it "easier"? Does that mean it's difficult already?

    To my knowledge, there are less than 5 members who got denied during the Interview phase since I joined Brawl (about 2 years ago) and there have been 37 promotions (give or take) so far since then.

    That's less than 15% of applicants getting denied on The Interview.

    I just wanted to give my point of view since some guys brought it up.
