    The only pit related event I see fitting kit is, raffle, the reward could either be gold or xp. Any new or old player that participates in the event has a chance of winning. Also add an xp shop or an xp booster available for the price of gold.

    @SoCool21 obviously you would need to come up with better examples of in game items that are not OP, the sharp V sword and other things were just random crap that I put down just to give a basic example of the idea lol.

    Regarding my comment on hackers is that is the only reason NEW players come to kitbrawl. I know the community just as well as you do. Now, unless you feel like actually contributing to the conversation of the ACTUAL topic, please go back to fortnite! Thanks <3
    Considering that there is usually a ban every 10-15 minutes on KitBrawl, that pretty much sums up what I meant about hackers. There is only a usual player base of 7-13 players on there at any given time so I'm not really sure why you would even bother arguing that point lol.
    Again, this is irrelevant to the actual topic which you failed to respond to.
    The entire point of a forums is to have arguments in order to have people see both sides of a topic :V Although yes, I agree I am being unreasonable and will stop flaming. Sorry my good sir!
    Also, I have not contradicted myself once regarding the actual topic of the thread.


    Also as a side note, if you guys can't deal with sarcasm like "hackers are the only new players to kitpvp" or "brawl is the most p2w server in existence" you seriously need to quit. Its a minecraft forum... wtf did you actually expect? My apologies for exaggerating a little :V

    Encourages targeting and for people to compete in a way that's at an unrealistic, toxic degree;

    - one guy (guy a) beats another guy (guy b)
    - guy b gets mad and buys an unbalanced sword or effect from the item/effect shop
    - guy b wins after x amount of targets using an advantageous sword
    - conflict arises between the players involving which one is better
    - but you died? but you used an op sword?
    - encourages toxicity

    therefore

    item shop --> unbalanced --> toxic

    grant it, everyone is open to buying from the shop in the first place, however no one begins with an advantage. the entire shop thing should be based on preference rather than growing in strength. playtime giving you an advantage over newcomers often scares the newcomers away. the only reason hypixel pulled it off is because there are so many players of all different playtimes at all times of day making it very easy to get yourself kills whether or not you're skilled or deserving of rewards

    how about just keep it simple and when someone gets a killstreak they get a certain effect boost or item for x minutes. then victory is actually warranted. making an item shop begins to relate the server to a diamond vs leather kit server. though it's still a far way away from being one, its still on it's way to having an atmosphere and system like one. that might be the best route to take; rewards would be received based on activity rather than on a clock

    i feel like credits are better spent another way. buying experience being one of them, that was clever. either that or you can buy different (yet balanced) rewards. meaning everyone would have to get an advantage from killstreaks to begin with in order to make it fair. you'd have to come up with some default advantage.

    balance is key
