What do you mean? The current gamemodes are fine and most are being worked on, If you noticed we have had changes and events going on with CTF, WarZ, War, and even Raid is getting work done on it.

Just cause something is posted around doesn't spark an interest. It can increase the player base slightly but mostly for a short amount of time.

Threads asking for opinions are getting answers and being read and brought up, I am not sure where you have been or what you see, but it is mentioned and a thread was made recently here asking for feedback.

Some things need time to think of a response or get brought up and questions aren't all asked about it. There is work being done and not everything is all that simple. Also considering you haven't been around since 2015 I don't expect you to know or see what has been going on.

 

Step 1 is demote inactive/incompetent staff and male the application process much better at screening out such individuals
Step 2 is force honesty
Step 3 is use useful community feedback
Step 4 is the bic profyt

I was dmed and got a little busy this week so now I am able to respond fully to this.

I agree that some staff members are inactive though its not to the point of needing a demotion and we should work on encouraging staff members to play more and have a better reason to stay and play, otherwise I would full out agree if you really don't wanna be here and play then no offense but resign if you don't wanna do anything, even minor things are good imo. We already have made the application process easier as well which means that some people can have a better chance at getting accepted.

No offense but that is near impossible cause you can't get someone to tell the whole truth on anything.

That is being done with CTF atm and I am trying hard to do so with Kit atm. Also you may see a thread coming out soon with me asking for opinions and feedback on an idea or so soon enough.

The application process is still make an application, wait 3 months with no responses, even with upvotes or a ton of downvotes get denied for something irrelevant instead of anything that actually pertains to the application, then rinse and repeat in TWO months now, not one. I don’t see “improvement”

 

There’s a community manager? I never knew, probably because they don’t do anything. My point is, if something’s broken and there’s no attempt to fix it, then you can’t blame other things for causing the problem, which is essentially what the upper staff team is doing. If all of them woke the hell up, made it their mission to fix brawls issue and set forth as a team to do that, in a matter of days brawl would be on its way back to its former glory, yet, nobody does anything, applications sit for the upwards of 2-3 months, same as suggestions if not longer, and the higher staff are where, doing what? There have been more promotions in the past holiday season than there have been productive ANYTHING done to the server in the past 3 months if not longer. It’s sad to see people like @MerryCoolmas21 and @MoistMayonnaise doing most of the work. There are maybe 30% of the staff team that is particularly active, and maybe 10% of that 30% actually do anything. I know for a fact there are devs that work for free and if someone has run a server for this goddamn long I find it hard to believe that nobody knows anyone but redslime (who’s great, don’t get me wrong) who can work on development, and if not for free, I find it goddamn hard to believe that the management can’t spend a little bit of money on developers. I mean where the hell is our donation money going? To chap? Or to pockets? We donate to improve the server (and for some, for benefits) not to line the pockets of management who does literally nothing 90% of the time. People have been saying it CONSTANTLY, we NEED CHANGE, and we need it now. Yet what has happened? I’ll leave that for you to answer. Speaking directly to the management now, either get your **** together, or give the server to someone who actually has the mind to make positive change happen and can not sit on their asses lining their pockets with OUR money all day long while the lower staff (most of which are inactive) spend all of their time trying to suggest things to better the server, which aren’t considered or implemented. This is my second rant since I’ve come back and at the rate of things going I’m certain it won’t be the last. Fix your ****, brawl. Fix your **** upper management.
