Cryo, The Ice Wizard
I changed up the names to appeal to manchilds that watch anime and play a children's block game but don't like walt disney.

2019-03-21: I made changes to snowballs and their effects in the abilities Where Are Your Skis?, Hailstorm and Snowmen Army.

Cryo’s armour is quite strong, but he has zero steak. His only sustain is his healing ice chamber, making this a kill***** class. Besides healing, the ice chamber has a large array of different uses for the players to explore. He is bound to take a bunch of fall damage from using Frostwalker, though it is reduced by the Protection on the armour? His snowballs serve as a way for preventing enemies from passing him. He can use Frostwalker to take shortcuts and catch up to fleeing enemies.

Where Are Your Skis?
Enemies walking on snow are given slowness I for a brief duration.

Extra Information
The duration should be the same as the duration of the speed boost of the new engineer.
Snow is summoned by Cryo's Hail Storm and the Snowmen Army. The snow can be destroyed by anyone.

Hailstorm
Cryo has 16 snowballs. Snowballs thrown by Cryo and his snowmen deal 1.5 full hearts each.
Enemies slowed by Cryo take double damage.
Cryo's snowballs let it snow in a 3x3 area around the block or player hit.
Upon killing an enemy, Cryo's snowballs are restored.

Snowmen Army
Cryo has one snowman egg to start with, and another egg will be generated every 15 seconds. Cryo may only have 5 snowman eggs at most. Walking into spawn will kill all snowmen. Snow placed

Frostwalker
While holding the ice, Frostwalker is enabled. When moving on ground (i.e. not falling, jumping, or flying), any non-solid block within a radius of 2 around the block being moved to will be turned into ice. The ice will melt quickly, similar to frosted ice in sunlight. Cryo is given a stack of 64 ice. 6 ice is consumed per second.

Extra information
Basically the Frostwalker enchantment but also on air and lava etc, in addition to water.
Frostwalker only works horizontally, an ice staircase is not supposed to be possible.

The ice depletion (speed) is the same as for a (sprinting) ninja.

Ice Chamber
Cryo has 1 Packed Ice. Right clicking it or taking fatal damage encases Cryo in an ice chamber for a brief duration. He is granted Regeneration V for a short duration. The packed ice will regenerate in 25 seconds, the XP bar functioning as a timer. Upon killing an enemy, Cryo gains 1 packed ice. Maximum of 1 packed ice at a time.

Extra information
Both the ice chamber and healing are basically copied from mage.
The regeneration mechanic is the same as assassin’s.
After being attacked by a ninja, Cryo has a free reset.
This is my favorite of Cryo’s abilities, it has so much potential.

 

Good point, considering the Snowballs. I changed things up dramatically. Instead of Mini Snowstorm, it could be called 'Let It Snow', like a chant/spell The Ice Wizard has to do to summon the snowstorm.

As for Regen V, it will only heal Cryo fully once. It takes 25 seconds to regenerate, much like the assassin's redstone. This is a lot longer than mage's heal. I don't think Cryo is strong on the armour, though I don't fully grasp damage calculation. I do know that leather armour has one third of the armour points that diamond armour has, and leather doesn't have toughness. I believe this is all up to customization and thus will need a bit of testing to see what works best.
