We Are Turning Brawl Into a Democracy
You heard it here, folks, we are turning Brawl into a democracy. Every year, during October, we will be letting the community vote on who should be the owner. Whoever gets the most votes will be made owner, and the old owner will be made to leave the staff team. This has so far only been announced to staff, but community members are allowed to run as well - even permbanned players!

Removal of Wild West Breaks Second Amendment, Supreme Court Rules
Recently, as I'm sure you're all aware, there has been a lot of controversy about Wild West. Some people are sad to see the gamemode go, but the majority of complaints are about the fact that we have taken away people's guns by removing the gamemode. The issue has recently been escalated and the supreme court has ruled that removing Wild West does indeed infringe upon your gun rights. The US government has given us 7 days to bring back the gamemode.

For those of you who don't know, 2 ex-staff members from Brawl are currently in the best eSports team in the world, Team Liquid. Using these connections, we have became sponsored by Team Liquid. They will be advertising for us and we will allow them to host competitive eSports tournaments on our CTF match server. This finally makes Minecraft an official eSport, and rightly so.

Any Mention of the Word "Pug" is Now Bannable
There has been some recent controversy around the use of the word "pug". This word refers to a disgusting creature, best described as an oversized rat which looks like someone hit it's face with a large hammer several times. While I am not religious, looking at this horrible animal made me temporarily believe that hell was very real and that this was simply a creation from the devil itself. Any mention of the word "pug" for now on will result in an immediate ban on all your accounts, and appeals will not be accepted. In extreme cases, we will be contacting the relevant authorities.

A particular staff member, who shall not be named, has been demoted for spreading "pug" propaganda.

Love at First Sight - Lord_Roke and SoCool21 Announce Kids!
While it was never officially confirmed, many people speculated that there was a bit of romance going on between @Lord_Roke and I. Well, I am here to confirm that this is true, and I am 6 months pregnant! I will be away for about a year on paternity leave, starting June. Click here to see the baby pics!
