    The "Farmer" class is categorized as a healer.
    How he heals:
    The class has a fence item in his inventory. When the fence is right-clicked, a 6 by 6 square of a flat and clear area on the map will be automatically surrounded by fences. In that same area, cows will automatically spawn. Teammates of the Farmer will be able to kill the cows and get steak.

    Class's inventory:
    • Iron Sword, knockback I
    • Fence item
    • Iron pickaxe
    • 3 steak
    Class's armor:
    • Iron helmet
    • Leather chestplate
    • Leather leggings
    • Iron boots
    About the farm:
    • With the use of his iron pick axe the farmer can move his farm.
    • The farm can spawn a maximum of 3-4 cows
    • If the owner of the farm dies, the farm will be destroyed
    • Takes 8 seconds for each cow to be spawned

    Sounds interesting, but I think medic is good enough as far as healing teammates is concerned. Also considering that medic is a free class and this idea would potentially be implemented as a premium class, it does not seem plausible to put into the game.

    Yes, medic is a great healer class, but what if you want to heal yourself during battles?
    Medics won't always follow you to battle, but Farmer can "always be there with you" without risking its death.

    Already talked to about this on discord, but i'll give you my opinion here aswell. I really like the idea. It is very unique, creative a healing class & something CTF definitely, in my opinion needs.

    Medic is the only main-healing class in the entire game. The meta hasn't changed in forever and it is really time to do something about this, and I would say that one good start is by adding another healing class. I like the idea and I would love to see it get implemented.

    You can also buff it if needed, by giving it a rechargeable bow that restores a steak if you hit a teammate. Also gives more flexibility towards archer mains.

    Overall this could be an interesting class.

    uh, interesting idea i guess, it just isn't flexible enough, it would become a worse engineer at healing

    The new engineer contains the new ability that is slow at healing, unless it’s buffed. However the new class could become viable as it restores steak, but it could definitely be buffed in some way.

    As I previously said, with the Farmer class, you could help your entire team whether they're on defense or offense. The Engineer places a cake, that heals well, but you would only get healed if you were to stand right by it in the reach of right-clicking. What I'm trying to say is, the Engineer class is mainly for defense purposes.

    The class seems really good. Only problem is that this class's abilities are somewhat inferior to medics abilities, unless you can get more steak than the limit, which can be abused. This class will also not affect classes like ninja, assassin, mage or chemist because they have no steak unless the farmer gives them steak which is pretty useless because each of those classes have their own method of healing.
    Apart from that, this class reminds me of an engineer1 with weaker structures but with stronger pvp ability because of the knockback on the iron sword and the fact that the fences are a structure.

    Imo it could help out a ton to these two classes, they both have a somewhat slow healing process and steak will heal them quickly. (Ninja can't really heal itself during battle, steak will help).

    I see your point, but both classes have different jobs and purposes when playing. The engineer is mainly on defense, and the Farmer heals the offensive players (which imo evens out them both).

    Neat idea.

    A suggestion: if this gets added, limit how much steak a player is able to farm per life, so you don't have, for instance, a heavy going into a fight with 64 steak.

    The concept itself is pretty original, however this won't fit into competitive play. Perhaps it could be added as joke class, like fashionista, but it's too inefficient when compared to medic.
    The meta of a game refers to the strongest strategies currently in the game. While a change of pace would be nice, a class can only change the meta if it is superior to what is currently in play, and I don't see how Farmer is particularly better than Medic. If Farmer was in fact implemented, would it actually be used frequently and seriously?

    Well i thought that the farmer would not give them steak, because they didn't have it in the first place. If you could give them steak, ninja and assassin would become a little too op in my opinion.

    The mention of a bow reminded me of the Lobby's animal-launching bow and I thought "How funny would it be if the Farmer had a COW-LAUNCHING BOW instead of a fence post to bring cows onto the scene?" :laughing:

    Really, as goofy as it would be, it could prove to be pretty useful. Imagine it having some Punch, so a cow could go flying at an enemy to knock them back and introduce a random entity to distract their field of view. Or a cow goes flying at (or close to) a teammate to be slaughtered for a steak (at a distance, but only 1 at a time maximum). Although, I think if anything like this was implemented then the cows should suffer withering effects so that if they're ignored they automatically die pretty soon after they're "bow-spawned" (but they wouldn't drop steak if they died from withering or when being killed by an enemy player, because only when a TEAMMATE delivers the killing blow to the cow would they be granted a steak -- perhaps up to a max of their typical maximum plus one or two so it has little to no chance of being too overpowered). It would obviously need a cooldown too (perhaps an 8-second cooldown to match the current cow spawning rate, or possibly a bit less to compensate for the high chance that the aim was off). This silly cow bow would be a buff for the Farmer, but it would dramatically change the restriction of the required flat area and the overall play style of the whole concept as it currently stands...but I thought it was a funny enough thought to share in case it might trigger other ideas or thoughts.

    Side notes: Farmers should have a few other "Farmer's tricks" to help in their fighting style (even Medics get dressing/webs above and beyond their healing ability). Since Ninjas will be losing their Blindness abilities, maybe have seeds that can be "activated" on enemies to cause short-term Blindness, like the Farmer threw a handful of seeds at their face or something? I don't know... Also, if enclosed fences are used, they might present problems as structures (imagine a Farmer plopping a cow farm on a valid flat-area spot where an enemy Medic is standing -- the Medic would be trapped inside until killed or respawning as long as the Farmer survives and keeps the farm there). Lastly...where would a "typical" Chemist put the steak? Their hotbar is already completely full by default. They'd be forced to change up their inventory (and it takes a bit of research to become aware of /saveinv).

    I meant the fact that your teammates would have to go to your fence place and kill cows to get any support from it and in a team fight it would be more of distraction rather then a support
    If you put down a farm and then you collect cows you could run into battle and team mates could more easily get healing instead of going at worst across half the map to get steak
    simply more work into the idea would make it liable
