Idea For Reps and Matches

Basically this idea stemmed from a PPM i hosted very late last night and there not really being any mods to show up until 20 min after it was supposed to start, and having it had started incorrectly.

What I want to propose is a simple (i think) fix to there not being mods around during unofficials and ppms. It's very rare that there are not any mods around for these, but it would remove the need for non-ctf mods who may not know all the commands for the match server to not have to come on, or even mods in ctf as well.

When a rep puts their unofficial match time, practice match time, scrimmage match time or someone puts a ppm match time, there's an extra slot somewhere or something on the website that asks for:

Time match or practice is:
Maps to be set:
Any limits:
Player in charge:
(the player in charge would be the rep or the ppm host)

If it's possible, by doing this, the match server (if at all possible) would reset at that time, it would automatically set the maps and the limits, and would give the player in charge the ability to pause and start the timer at the beginning, so everything can be set up without the need for a mod. This would eliminate the need for 'ref rank' for regular players.

Again I don't know if its possible, just an idea.
