    Hey all its me ya boy raging_92 back at it again with another thread!! Haha today we will be talking about this so called stat farming that has been happening due to this achievement update! There has been much talk about the punishment for these people who have farmed up their stats to get these achievements! Lets take a look at this and see what you all think about this:

    I’m sure there are more out there that we haven’t found out about just yet! But do not fret, if you have farmed up to these achievements, sure the staff may not care about it, but us here will definitely put you on blast! Oh one more thing! I’m sure you’re all wondering what the punishment is that these players will receive! And let me tell you! Its NOTHING! They’re getting away scot free! No wipe! Nothing! Oh and don’t come to this thread with “omg raging! They got their tags removed!1!1!” yeah **** off with that if they didn’t get their stats wiped or at least pushed back, then it’s not a punishment.
    What do I think should happen? I and a few other staff members want these farms to be stat wiped or at least have their stats pushed back before the achievement update, yet the higher ups (putty) is ignoring what the staff team has been saying. The reason I’m posting this is to shed some light to the amount of stat farming that has been going on. And yes of course if nothing happens, I’m sure they’ll be fine if one day all of us just start farming for these tags or farming to get on the leaderboards!


    Anyways! Thank you for taking the time to read this thread! I bid you all farewell and hope you have a spooky October! Of course, except for all those who farmed to get tags. Go outside. Seriously.

    I thought what staff said they were gonna do is a wipe of stats, short ban (inc on violation), and a tag remove. If you’re gonna set a boundary and people cross it you have to enforce the boundary.

    Huh. I'm friends with multiple staff members, doesn't mean i have them in my back pocket. Anyways it's Putty who's denying the wipes, Redslime is just doing what Putty tells him to. If you have an issue bring it up with Putty.

    I dont remember being shielded from punishments? I was the second person to be banned for farming

    I don't really think the main issue is the stat farming itself. While that obviously is not right either (and rather clearly/self-explanatory stated in the rules in my opinion), I think the problem is that it seems like the staff is biased - at least that's what it looks like. Either wipe everyone's stats or no ones. Right now it seems like rules are only applied to a selected few, as some had their tags removed, while others got to keep their farmed progress. That's just not how rules work. Enforce them equally or don't have them in place to begin with.

    It’s a difficult one because Putty said he’s only going to punish people after the statement he made in the discord, with exception to those who already got the tags from farming, yet there are some who wish for their farmed progress to be removed but this is being denied because Putty doesn’t want to go back on his word.

    staff has always been biased that’s why I think there needs to be a total reshuffle or perhaps stronger investigations into those who apply for staff and even current staff members

    in this scenario however I do believe the higher ups are just doing what Putty’s telling them to

    Ibeeliterature isn't my alt. He's my friend who if you were there was 1v1ing with me and helping me practice playing mage vs ninja. Check the IP addresses if you feel so inclined. Also you should go outside because you clearly have endless time to allocate towards looking through game records :stuck_out_tongue:. Also, to comment on the 140 deaths that was when he got glitched with the continuous death glitch (when they just keep dying unexplainably) As you can see I didn't deal enough damage to incur that many deaths (They didn't count towards my achievement as we all are well aware of).

    1. I didnt find any of these stats
    2. The people who did find these stats took no more than 20 minutes to find them
    3. So what you're saying is that you were glitching on purpose to get these kills because it seems like you did it more than once? idk about you but im pretty sure glitching is against the rules as well, so.

    Side note, regardless if achievement farming is/is not against the rules, people were still indirectly credit farming which I am more than certain is against the rules.

    Happens on Highrise, don't know if it's fixed since it's been recently played a month or two ago. Not a big problem since it's rare to see it being played. But it's a buggy map.

    It wasn't farming... Also what is the point of this post? It doesn't really accomplish anything besides attempt to publicly shame people. The first part of this post is literally him asking people for their opinions and trying to open the doors to mob rule and a flame war. He's also posting little snide remarks which are unnecessary. It's clear he's just trying to defame people. If he wanted to handle this professionally and appropriately he could've just sent this to staff and called it a day. Instead he posted this to create some sort of uproar and shaft people and try to get a kick out of it (Seriously what do you have to gain from this besides petty revenge?). So really this thread is to flame people and ruffle some feathers. IMO this post should be taken down because its not accomplishing anything a pm to a staff member can't do.
