Buff Dwarf (Hear me out)

    Before you trash my thread by yelling "nobody plays dwarf", I know, I'm not stupid. But if you're gonna make dwarf a class, you might as well make it playable in some way, unless, delete the damn thing. Things that make dwarf practically useless in all cases include:

    - Any projectile/long range attacks
    - Assassins (blocking uncharges the sword)
    - Chemists (potspam troglodytes)
    - Scout (can swap them out of the flagroom which makes dwarf the most useless.)
    - Literally anyone who can click their mouse and put their crosshair on said dwarf.

    There need to be some changes implemented to make dwarf at least playable in casual circumstances. Here are some ideas:

    1. Blocking doesn't uncharge your sword (Why does it anyways???????)
    2. Remove hunger effect or one slowness level so you can actually vacate an area when youre being spammed.
    3. Not tanky enough, give another steak or better armor
    4. Give some sort of protection against spam or some way to get away from it at least

    Btw, when I say buff dwarf, I don't mean make it to the point where it can play offensively and cap the flag. It should always be defensive. But I would like to see dwarf actually be playable with all the spam going on these days. The only time dwarf is useful is when theres an old map booster and there are flagrooms that are 3x3 big.

    I think it’d also be nice if knockback on the sword was removed because it acts as more of a hindrance and especially with the new flag delay reduction, it just ends up pushing carriers away.

    Dwarfs can be a real pain to offense especially when surrounded by medics/supports. The uncharging forces dwarf to only block when reacting to an assassin, which at least gives the assassin/offense a chance. I think I would keep this effect because it’s sort of a necessary balance to dwarf.

    I think some kind of regeneration would be ideal because dwarf kinda gets spammed to death when not accompanied with medics, and regeneration would help with the slow-chipping type of damage than more armor/steak. Maybe dwarf can heal 4 hearts/regain a steak by sacrificing one or two levels?

    Eh maybe not cuz slowness is a key trait of dwarf and making it faster kinda makes the overall game less diverse.

    Add hunger & 1 steak and dwarf will be a decent defense class; still not good, but it will be able to utilize its advantages over other classes much more effectively, giving it more reason to exist other than the 4 achievements it's currently useful for.

    I think Dwarf doesn't need a simple buff, it needs a full rework. It isn't even a "bad" class, it's actually pretty powerful as long as your team supports it a bit and kills its only threats (elf, mage, archer), but the whole concept is just pretty bad and encourages a boring game play.
    You have no fun playing it, because you stand still for the entire game, waiting at the flag and constantly pressing shift. It is also very annoying to play against as once the dwarf reaches a high xp level its sword is way too powerful and it is very difficult for the opponents to steal if they don't spam a ranged ability, which again is not so fun.
    So in my opinion its abilities need to be changed completely while just keeping the general role of the class (core defense). Most people already agree with this and there are plenty of suggested reworks in the forums.

    Deffo has to be reworked rather than buffed. I honestly wouldn't mind a killstreak reward for dwarf. Same armour, steak maybe reduced to 2. (Steak reduction to 2 would ensure weakness whenever offending, making it still a core-bulk defensive class).
    2 Kills - Sharpness I diamond sword
    3 Kills - Sharpness II diamond sword
    4 Kills - Sharpness II, (Not sure maybe Fire Aspect) diamond sword.
    Not at all difficult to code. Simple and efficient. Core-Bulk defense needs to be more entertaining than the casual soldier/heavy, and dwarf is the way to do so.

    This idea actually sounds pretty good. This would prevent late-night dwarf farming to some extent, since you wouldn't be charging up before any randoms get to you. This is just my idea for the leveling system:
    - Every 1 Kill = 1 lvl Sharpness
    - Every 3 Kills = 1 lvl Fire Aspect
    I believe that forcing dwarf to kill for its enchants would be a fair payoff for introducing Fire Aspect 3 (assuming the level cap sticks at 10; could be lowered if it's still op).

    Dwarf has been left in the past and is much more viable in an older version of CTF with congested flagrooms and no Mage/Elf/Scout/etc. It definitely needs a rework rather than just buffs tbh.

    As long as dwarf gets attention I'm happy. I'm 75% done with the final achievement and I have to say it can be pretty lame to play it.
