    Hello Brawl CTF!!!
I have been requesting a lot of major changes, so I have decided to suggest more minor ones
Pyro: sharpness one on frenzy axe
Dwarf: give speed 3 at level 10
    More to come

I think Pyro's damage output is fine at the moment, but it could do with a small buff in armour.

If this is a minor change, I'm dreading to think of what your major changes are...

speed 3 is to cancel out 2 levels of slowness and have one speed to spare.

Interesting idea for the Dwarf, but I'd almost prefer to see a bit of the opposite. Have a fresh-from-spawn Dwarf with only the inability to sprint but suffering NO additional Slowness effects. Once the sword gets heavier and stronger from the Dwarf forging it (you know, the stuff the Dwarf actively does while the player passively crouches down without blocking) around perhaps level 5, then "Slowness I" takes effect. At level 8 "Slowness II" replaces "Slowness I", and at sword level 10 "Slowness III" activates instead. Perhaps Slowness III is a harsh punishment for a Dwarf that managed to reach that stage, but the increased mobility leading up to that level can be revived as their sword gradually weakens from moving and blocking which happens often enough in combat. Also, if this turns out to be too harsh then maybe Dwarves can be tweaked later to level up faster since getting there would have the minor drawback of moving slower than usual. But I think most Dwarf players move very little once their sword is powerful enough so I doubt an increased Slowness effect would phase them too much to be seen as a major nerf. It would really only nerf the long lived Dwarves.

I do know that when a Dwarf dies, it's especially frustrating because of how long it takes them to return to where they were compared to all other classes. This way they'd have at least some speed early on but not be overpowered from that relative boost in speed because it only applies when their sword isn't the most powerful.
