Changes from original Parklife:
- Flagroom rework; overhauled and changed entries.
- Doubled the width of midfield and shifted the map into a rectangle.
- Additional stairs and cover at mid, fixed navigation between levels.
- Removed spawn sponges; fixed travel timing from spawn to flagrooms
- Attempted to make things more functional overall


I haven't played enough CTF in the past year to gauge how all new classes will interact on this map and I may not be online often. I'm giving mods full permission to make additional gameplay edits as needed.
