We are aware of instances where the autoban is making false bans more frequently than we'd like. To detect these instances, we don't need any information from the player, and in these instances autoban appeals should be accepted.

In other instances, autobans are correct the overwhelming majority of the time. It is impossible to make an anticheat which never falsely bans players, so the reason why we haven't "fixed" BrawlBot is because it is impossible to do so.

When the autoban system is convinced someone is hacking, the player is autobanned a few seconds later (to allow staff to cancel the autoban). If a player logs out during these few seconds, they will be autobanned while offline. Other than this, the autoban system will never ban players while they are offline.

Also, a video is not required for an unban - an explanation of what you were doing at the time of the ban will suffice. This allows players who can't record to get unbanned if the ban was false.

Autobans for "Sprint" is when you are sprinting in cases you should not be able to sprint. For example, if you sprint while having low hunger.
