My View On The Staff Team​

I've made a sizable number of negative/jarring comments about the staff team, whether it be about performance, the system, or any other aspects. It wasn't until recently that I acknowledged the actual effort they do put in. I've done some pretty childish @s towards the team and specific members, and while some points were made eventually, I still admit that it was pretty dumb and unnecessary. I've played this server for so long without really getting to know the community at its deeper levels, and that shows in the things I've said in the past. The staff team is doing what they can; Could there be more effort? Yes, but they have lives to live, and condemning their only purpose to oOoH bLoCk GaMe NeEd HeLp is foolish.

My View On The Community​

I would be lying if I said 100% of my community related posts were in the wrong. There are absolutely still scums, ****ters, pretenders and whatever else you can think of out there; I just tend to exaggerate it from time to time. CTF has the good, the bad, and the ugly, and by now it's fairly clear to see who belongs to each group. There are people I've become good friends with, and people that could care less if I died, and that's just how it is. I've learned to look past that, and to save the drama for when someone just doesn't understand.

My View On The Game Itself​

I tend to be very honest about this area, but it still has its scars. Casual CTF is in a pretty low spot, but competitive has been thriving lately, and I know that I don't discern between the two often enough - just wanted to make that clear. The above 2 sections can be attributed to a vast majority of the issues in casual, but the game also has its limits, and I often overlooked that part. At the end of the day, it is literally a video game, and I've watched too many people take it way too seriously and end up hurting others or themselves because of it. I've grown past that, and I think a lot of the people who will read this should take a moment and think too.



tl;dr: if i @ed you for a really stupid reason, or hurt you for no good reason, my apologies. maturity is something i always struggled with until recently, and i felt like making this to display that i'm not a heartless, childish bot.
