Map Wave XVII Testing​

Map testing is coming! The rotation will be changed on Sunday, September 13 at 3pm EST and the map testing will end on Friday, October 2 at 11:59pm EST.

The following maps are those that were submitted before the deadline and handpicked by CTF staff members. Out of 99 maps submitted, we have a total of 48 maps being tested, 20 of them are originals, and the other 28 are map reworks. Here are the maps being considered for Wave XVII!

Also, we introduced something new to this map wave. CTF staff members handpicked some really good maps that are going to be in the map testing period, but that are going to directly go into the current rotation without passing by the voting phase. We considered that those maps were exceptional and didn't need to be voted on. Here are those maps!

Unfortunately, some maps submitted didn't meet our standards or were a rework of a map that had insufficient changes, so we decided to not include them in the testing period. We took care to have feedback for all maps that were not handpicked, so please send a Support Ticket if you want feedback on your map (see this thread for more information about Support Ticket: https://www.brawl.com/threads/76815/). Keep in mind that we are not there to argue why a map has not been handpicked. We are there to give feedback, but we don't want this to start an argument. Our decision is already taken about all maps and we won't add/remove any map to the testing.

Additional information​

We are allowing map makers to do small changes on their map during the first half of the testing period. The deadline for this is on Tuesday, September 22. Please create a Support Ticket to ask for a commit on your map with those changes.

As for voting, the thread about it will come soon with a link to the polls. Don't forget to also vote for each map in-game and get 10 credits for it!
