Resignation My Time has Come...

    My time has come...

    Sadly all things must come to an end. For a while now I have not been able to give Brawl the time it deserves, and while I do still do work behind the scenes, the new generation is paving the way, and it's my time to step down.

    My Story
    Brawl was the first server I ever joined back in 2013 - I started off as a War player before discovering that /hub was a thing. I searched around the classic OG hub before finding this server called 'Survival PvP'. From there it has been a whirl, playing for 3 years before I decided to apply for staff. I met so many great people during that time; @KK2B and @Sjorsgamer you will forever be in my heart, first 2 teammates. And @bassmaster6 for being such a good friend and teammate for so long.

    I started out as a noob, and worked my way up, discovering and learning both MC and Survival PvP. I've been with a lot of teammates, and a lot of teams, and loved every minute. I would go through and tag everyone, but I would be here for a long time.

    I dabbled in WildWest, and WarZ, but Survival PvP (Raid) has always been my true home, and I will never forget it. To all that I have played with over the years, I salute you.

    I applied for staff in 2017, only because @0racle convinced me to, and thanks to Cuddled (or cuddlemonster09 as the OGs know her), I have been on the staff team since. I took charge of Raid, and then everything related to perm bans. I wish I had stats on the number of Xray checks I've done...

    I Like Stats!
    - 3339 Regular Bans
    - 713 Xray Bans
    - 9511 Perm Bans
    - 1410 Days as Staff

    What now?
    As I said before, I can no longer give Brawl the time it deserves, but I am still here. I'm not going anywhere, just transitioning :smile:

    Thank you so much for everything you have done for raid. You are and will always remain one of the best staff members that ever served on the brawl staff team. Good luck with everything and I hope to see you around sometime.

    Well, seriously. I have to thank you for everything you have helped me and my friends on Brawl. I believe that everyone should thank staff members more for what they do, as it is a role you choose to have, that you spend your free time on. I'm happy that you will still be around! :grinning:

    Eil, we had our share of disagreements over the last year. But you were a great admin. You stuck around and did what you could through some extremely unfortunate circumstances, and did everything you could for the community. It is sad to see you go.

    RIP Raid, I don't know how you recover from this.

    I'm going to be completely honest with you:
    When I first applied for staff, I really despised you, I thought you were cold, biased and that you didn't do anything for raid. It wasn't enough to keep me from applying though, and once I got accepted, I started realising how wrong I had been.

    Working with you for two years now, I know that you've been incredibly dedicated and that you truly care about Raid. Even though you weren't the best at communicating with the community (and lower staff), you did do a lot of work, a lot of which you never got any credit for (because of this very reason).

    When I got SMOD, I looked at you as my mentor, my guide. Whenever I got stuck or had no clue what to do, I asked you (and I will keep doing so, there's no escape :wink:). I want to thank you for all of your time and effort spent on raid.

    It's unfortunate that you never got the love (from the community) that you deserve and I hope people will realise what a huge asset you've been for brawl someday.

    also sorry for hating on you two years ago

    Where to start. Look we never saw eye to eye and disagreed on almost everything known to man but I got a lil to stay. First off no matter what I've said to u or how I've treated u over the years you did do a good job for brawl and I respect that. I know I was a pain in the ass to you always having to ban me and I regret the thinks I've done but here we are. Wish u the best - Triple

    First time I was staff you were not the best, but I think you picked that up very well and changed a lot positively. Joking around a lot more, responding quicker and better. You were a great staff member and probably the one with the most knowledge of the game and the one I learned the most from. Thanks a lot for that Eil :smile:
