2. Make an app and get loads of people to help you, then take all the credit
3. Use TS
4. Pretend you are being helpful in-game
5. Be butt buddies with the admins and other higher up staff members
6. Don't fail the interview
7. Promoted
8. Abuse powers
9. Not get demoted because #buttbudies

That's how some staff members got promoted, but that's none of my business *sips tea*
