Not as evil. Darth Vader fanboi/wannabe. Wet behind the ears. Immature. Not at all intimidating like some of the good villains like Darth Maul. Not necessarily a poorly constructed character, but his relationships with the other characters was rushed, and he just didn't seem to suit the role he played very well.

I hate disliking characters because they are so real to me. Every character has their unique niche that can be good IF it is exploited properly. He isn't inherently "bad", he was just underdeveloped and could have used a little tweaking. :V
