you realize most mods don't have 300 posts they got rid of that after I got mod and he did that 8 months ago, I was banned 3 months before I got mod.

Also the 300 post count is just ideal. It was never enforced, the quality of posts is more valuable than quantity.

Both of you, I advise you read before commenting. I said "I recommend having 300+ posts" I never said it was a requirement.

No, you said, "you should have at least 300+ posts." That, IMO, means that you are implying that 300 posts is needed for getting JMOD (which it isn't). As long as his posts are helpful and meaningful, which they seem to be, he is fine for that area.

I get that people can change but I don't think 8 months is long enough to judge whether someone has learned not to post threats and links to porn sites in chat. This message will probably get deleted (like the last one did) but that's what I think. It's not something to be taken lightly.
