May I remember you on the thread of Lord_Roke saying: Application length does not matter, you just have to meet he requirements. Sheriff is more of a play rank than write rank, so a longer app wasnt needed
Im not calling you out for application length. When your application is not very long, that does not give people a good idea of why you want to be a sheriff, or anything like that. It makes it seem like you just want sheriff for sheriff. Thats why length matters.
I understand why length matters and trust me, I tried to implement more info, but everything was too much. I normally don't make short applications, which you can see if you look at my past staff applications. I just couldn't fit more useful info in it. If you want useless info, alright, I'll put it in there to increase the length, but that doesn't make an application better.
The correct quotation is "In the application itself you should provide sufficient detail but they don't have to be long.". Applications aren't denied just because they don't meet a certain length requirement, but they can still be denied for not including enough details.
