    About thAt, my friend's brothers friend got booted, and called the swat team on the guy who did it. The booster was arrested for 7 years.

    True they could ARREST the booter, but what if the booter has proxies and a lot of protection? That'd call for some serious legal action AKA SWAT. The police wouldn't have serious hacking capabilities I'd say...
