First of all, concerning your application. After reading it, I noticed quite a few grammatical mistakes but well, I do not know where you are from and I assume when I first joined I was worse than you. And I still make mistake nowadays, as everyone.

Secondly, I unfortunately can't judge your in-game activity, as I barely play Build. But don't get me wrong on this, I believe you are.

Thirdly, you are active on the forums but I see a slight flaw in this though. You only have 135 posts and it is recommended that you have over 200 helpful posts (even if this option has changed).

Finally, I've never seen you being active on TS, maybe because of timezones. Try to work on that though.

Overall, -1 in my opinion. But good luck in the future, don't forget to learn from replies either by players or by staffs, they'll always be helpful.

Anyway, I will say that my TS activity is very low, an for my posts I try not to make pointless posts. I still need more posts, which I'll work on!
