Honestly, my only suggestions I can give would be to be well known in game for always being on the gamemode you want to apply for, have a lot of forum posts, be nice and friendly, and be on teamspeak in public channels! ^-^ make new friends! I haven't seen you in game though. :'(
Currently, you probably need to get more active on the forums before you apply. As feather said, be nice and active in game as well. I would also recommend that you don't capitalize every word in your application. It makes it more difficult to read and probably takes more effort on your part.
