There was a /kill before the block glitch but the block glitch got added so people would not go oom. But still YAY /kill is back <3

Yes, and it gives the kill to the last person who damaged you.

What if no one has killed/damaged you before?

e.g. if you fall out of the map before you get hit you wont get a death (currently)

So the player who hit you most recently will get a kill if you suicide?

Go on summit let your friend hit you of the map and simply just jump of the map over and over again :)
