He literally just types 'Wot?' On loads of things or useless things.
It's not that strict, he does it multiple times. I don't think it would be as much as of problem, apart from the fact that less than a 2 weeks ago he only had 200 posts.

He was. He does it loads and loads too, so when he gets warned the first time, they look around and find he's done it loads of times already.
