Well if you advertise another server or a website that your CLEARLY working for or your only intent on Brawl is to do so, it's a year mute in-game. However on Forums it's more of a... Year ban.

I advertised my server last year, I didn't get into trouble. And obviously my intention on Brawl is not to advertise xD

Ye, it's just you will get banned (or should do) for advertising a server or a unrelated website.

Don't apologise to me xD tho you better hope that when you report a post they don't log it so you can't take it down to avoid trouble.
