Managing the forums is a very important task as the forums are the main source of communication between community and staff, so I wouldn't consider it a "lower level function".

Listening to criticism, planning new features and changes based on that criticism as well as suggestions and implementing them is one of the "highest levels" of contribution you can do, so I don't know how I could "contribute at a higher level" or "learn new things".

The last couple of years I have seen few changes in war despite all the great ideas.

As an admin, you have the opportunity to shape the game and the community.

Excluding 2.0, I see little that has changed and player volumes are down.

We need change, new ideas, and for the admins to step up their game.

Every War player on the forums should know by now why MC-War didn't have major changes in the last years and that we have constantly attempted to code War 2.0.
As an Admin and as an SMod I worked on and published a total of 4 War updates and several mini events, using all options given for War 1.0.
As an Admin, I help Totom to shape War 2.0.

We are using every chance to change something on War 1.0 when practicable, we are using new ideas for War 2.0 and sometimes also on War 1.0 (War Fun Sundays for example) and I believe we Admins are doing as much as we can in the free time we have.
If you have specific ideas and suggestions rather than general demands, please post them on the forums and we will consider them.
