I don't see why you vote a -1 when the applicant is just a little inactive. You're overseeing every good part and looking at a small minor reason to say no.

A mod needs to be very active. As a mod I expected you to know that but maybe things have changed. I haven't been mod for a while, so what do I know, right?
@Corporal_Pudding 2.0: Like you said, IRL issues are a real thing and if they inhibit ability to do a job, at least wait until they're over to apply for the job. If I had just gone through a divorce, and had to stay at home to take care of my kids, why should I apply for a long-hour job?
If I'm inhibited by factors that are unrelated to the job itself, does that mean they can't be taken into account? The company wants the best applicants, and someone who is currently inhibited by external factors is, frankly, not the best applicant.
