Ok? Everyone in my team calls them cuffers, I'm only trying to fit in. It's called conformity. Secondly, I said this about my activity in the apppliction but I have had a lot of activity lately and I think this shows that I'm active. But thank you for the constructive feedback! I'm always looking for ways to improve!

It's definitely not the nicest thing to say. I would consider it disrespectful.

Some of them do, some of them don't. It's a matter of opinion really.

I don't care about calling cuffer, but it's obvious someone could feel offended about. So generally, I'd recommed to not say that even if you're not doing it with a bad intention, you know, relative things... don't mind about me.
