What did Yupper do, and why could you only join if your main got sheriff?

Ye, he does that a lot, I'll talk to him about it. So your saying its too boring etc. if you don't have the fun of being a sheriff?

I already left crow for good, so i dont care about yupper. Its not too booring. I just cant afford it.
