I'll admit it's a little unfair that you got promoted straight to Mod, but if it brings back great staff members so they can do great things for Brawl...well, I guess that's not a big deal.

The point of the Trial Mod stage is to adjust those who haven't been staff before to the commands, protocols etc. As I'm already aware of all that the trial stage would be futile
