Sorry, just I find it annoying he goes off to do something else when he got promoted so fast, but your right it is probably serious.

Keep in mind, he was ganged up on pretty badly after that whole thing happened. I'd probably be running for the hills. I don't know what's going on irl, but I doubt he'd just leave after coming back so soon. He was admin before, so he understand the importance of good activity. If he's breaking that rule, it has to be serious.
