But that's not a reason to mark someone down unless there is a specific rule saying "moderators who resign must wait x amount of time before reapplying"...

it doesn't make sense to be like "oh, they resigned 3 weeks ago, they 100% OBVIOUSLY didn't fix whatever was causing them problems."

I know that. There is no rule about that, but I was hoping that they'd see that socool was accepted after about 2 weeks and understand my position as well.

The thing that hurts is that most don't know what happened. Only chaos, yin, munson, and sweetlava. Yet other people are saying I haven't recovered... they don't even know what I recovered from.

I'm scared that them making assumptions will swing the higher ups' vote...

It's nothing special. I got very depressed because my dad said I ether had to get rid of a guinea pig or he wouldn't let yin come visit. Of course I chose yin, but it still hurt and my dad and I had a falling out. Sparing the details, I ended up cutting myself for a while. But I'm better now. Not much else to say.
