Not every staff :P. I just did it to the staff I didn't know that well, and than saw them doing something good while moderating. Like you, as you said,you are a forum ninja. You are one of the best moderators on the forums and out.

Confession: i did not wait 2 months before reapplying.. i waited 2 weeks! in that time period i got like 250+ posts and reapplied :l got accepted luckily...
