While I'm not disagreeing, what you say is actually one of the issues. While short posts are acceptable, the issue is more with the quality, which is where I feel his posts are lacking. Also, most of his posts being in sections not needing more than one sentence is another issue, because activity needs to be spent providing as much helpful insight on the forums of the server you wish to moderate.
Raid is the most dead forums part. When there's a new post, I post a quality reply (most of the time). Quality posts don't have to be very long when it gives you the information needed.
