You could save a bit of money on the motherboard; you could also go with a Z170 one as you picked a 6th gen CPU. I would always increase a HDD with 1-2 TB so you never need to worry about running out of storage. Apart from that, the build should work, there shouldn't be any bottlenecks.
I'm pretty good at handlung my hard drive space and the ~450 gigs I'll get would be fine for me.
As to the motherboard - I got this one since a frien said it was the most ideal one for what I wanted (high-end without being overkill)
