Don't squeeze it into a specific time frame. You're going to stress yourself out, it's not a school assignment. Breathe. Just think about your end goal. A smart goal may be time specific but realistic.

Hey feather don't worry about it so much. I wouldn't worry because A: You've been staff in the past, and a pretty good staff member. B: There are tons of people who know you, like you and will vote yes. And C: I have faith in you and know you'll be a good staff member. Like Lava said, don't squeeze it into a time frame, you'll get it eventually. This sort of time takes time.
