If he's improving on those area's, he can still make it. The -1's are supposed to tell people where they should improve on. If he's done his best at that, he can still make it.

Canoodle (obviously) doesn't really take polls into account on a decision due to community bias, good or bad.

I don't think the poll really matters, so many people who personally dislike or like people for no serious reasons...

Thats like saying the votes on the presidential or any government elections don't count. If your going to pick someone even though they have a larger negative vote percentage than positive why have the voting system in place at all?

It's nothing like saying the votes on the presedential or government elections don't count because THESE ARENT THE PRESEDENTIAL OT ANY GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS. People keep comparing them to other things that they are nothing like.

If players have an issue with an applicant they can always privately message Canoodle or another senior staff member. It works. Get over the fact that someone you didn't want to see get promoted got promoted.

Dude...it's a minecraft server, it's not like the country is going to die if they pick someone for a minecraft server. O.o

Also, people are very biased on how the vote on polls. The don't like or like the person personally, that's not a fair vote, so you can't depend on them.

Wild west was very polarized when I and ttt applied. So that might be part of the reason.
