what if i mildly dislike someone? Is that like injuring them in my heart?
also aren't the left (more secular) supposed to be the "cultural marxist" who are policing "free speech" yet here you are telling me that thoughts can be sins..
Why not? A person's being IS their behavior and actions.
If someone was a dck to me every day for 50 years and you told me "oh deep down he's a nice guy", I'd think that was a little ridiculous. I don't care how people are deep down if they're a dck on the outside and if they're a dck on the outside, I will dislike them.
No, because God hates our actions, but he loves us. From what you're saying, if your parents don't like the way you're behaving, then they don't like you.
Well, parents are different, a lot of parents will always love their kid, regardless of actions. But Gehenna, if you don't like any of a person's actions, anything they do or say, but you claim you still "like them"...What exactly is there to like?
You want what's best for them. Caring is not hating. You'd like to see the person they could be. If you hated them, you would want bad thing to happen to them. You wouldn't care if they were wasting their life away doing drugs and stuff.
