1. No, it does. I've smelled it before, and so has my younger brother. He's a maintenance man for an apartment complex and has smelled it before. He says it smells similar to a skunk. 2. It impairs your judgement, and in teens, it can cause damage the developing mind.
The maximum drop that has ever been recorded (from the research I have read) is 6 points, and that was chopped up to him getting older. 1. It smells more like a pine tree to me :/
