I am not always online, however you can use /chatreport to report chat violations.

Just tell them to stop, you are the owner of the team, isn’t Legacy the “oh so mature” team?

Legacy has never been classed as the 'oh so mature' team - While maturity is one of the entry requirements, it is not the 'moto' of Legacy. Despite being owner, I cannot fully control what my members say, certainly not while online. While I am online, if the situation requires it, disciplinary action will be taken, however during the times I, or another staff member is not on, use /chatreport for chat violations.

Just tell them to stop, what’s the problem?

I'd be telling them to stop something I have no proof they are actually doing. Also, as I've said above, if I did tell them, I still cannot control what they say, which is why you should /chatreport if a chat violation occurs when a staff member is not online. So that disciplinary action can be taken if the proof is sufficient.

You can just say, "if you are harassing Carno, please stop, it's immature" or something, it's not a big deal to do that.

Just chat report when they flame you. Eil will deal with it if he's on, if he's not, just chatreport

He can just set the team motd to “Please don’t flame at Carno” or just tell them not to do it when he sees them on, it’s not a big deal really. If my members would flame on someone just to make them irritated and destroy their chance of getting staff I would tell them to stop even if I had no proof.

Why would someone flaming at you "destroy your chances of staff"? You should know how to deal with situations like that without flaming back. As both Matt and myself have said, if I, or another staff member is online, we will tell them to stop if it occurs, but when there isn't, use /chatreport.

The truth is, everyone is different. Eil may want proof before warning, but you may adopt preventive measures. Even if both of you are team leaders, you will have different leadership styles. Leon, you may tell people to stop flaming as soon as they come on, but Eil may choose to greet them with a "hi".

I think there's no point in pressing Eil to do so, as he already said that he wants proof. Just wait for them to flame again, as that will solve both problems, Eil will get proof, and he will warn them.

Eil, because they only flame at me because they want me to react in a bad way.

Then don't react. Just say like "understandable have a nice day" and then chatreport them.

I must say that's really useless @Eil. I'm pretty sure that MOST of your members have, at least once, prided themselves on being mature. Supporting someone who a) scams and b) is as toxic as a Chernobyl waste rod is not what I'd call mature, especially when Leon's deny reason was BS by the way.
