How do you mean 'keeps protecting' - What is getting 'out of hand'

He should have been muted and banned so long ago, yet for some very strange reason he never was, people who troll @Carnotauros for getting the most unfair deny reason are not muted whereas I was warned once for saying "what an unfair deny reason" in a discussion about myself :thinking:

he was banned like 5 times beforehand. he was given a final warning and then perm'd. end of story
