He's literally skinnier than an anorexic schoolgirl's foot Xd
One thing - you may want to get your brother sorted before you reapply. I'm rather sure that he will cause you some issues (no offence).
@SpookyGhale im just saying it like it is if you wanna follow me and do this constantly go ahead. but @Carnotauros, you where told what you had to improve on to become staff on your previous applications. that’s what you need to work on. and doing things like this has a history of getting staff apps denies (announcing it)
I disagree, and there is still very little reason to salt around like this. You could have just said what you think instead of saying things like that.
I don’t see how this would get me denied, I want to ask the community what I have to improve on so that I can improve it before I apply, and I don’t spam it on other profiles.
"Yes, I was, But in every new application I post people that don’t like me will find a new thing to give me a -1 for, that’s why I did this." - This stuff is what is gona get you denied.
Look Hitchens - everyone has their own opinion on how to gather information on themselves. What you're doing here and towards others is neither constructive, nor in any way correct (personally). You can PM Leon about it, but I'd quite like to be in that conversation as well.
"Yes, I was, But in every new application I post people that don’t like me will find a new thing to give me a -1 for, that’s why I did this." - This stuff is what is gona get you denied.
As you can see there is a qoute, which I then refer to. I am trying to point out that this (whats in the qoutes) is what he will get denied for (and should stop doing) in an effort to help.
@Hitchens there were several people who asked for constructive feedback before they applied and they were accepted - why shouldn't Leon be? @RyGuy I'm gonna look up your definition of constructive on UrbanDictionary, because that's a very strange definition.
@SpookyGhale what hitchens said is very benign imo. Just common sense. I mean, both me and him have talked, constructively, with Carnotauros in DM's. He has a right to state his opinion without you policing it, which is what you're doing.
Speaking of being constructive, Carnotauros asked what he can improve on. Imo there's no reason to ask that question. Eil already specified the various areas where he could improve to become a better applicant when he was denied. He should work on those
Community opinion doesn't really matter in staff applications. If you are qualified, you will be accepted. If you happen to get 80-90% +1's then that's great. But being the popular kid in the class doesn't earn you an interview. If it did a lot of potentially unqualified people would have been accepted (i.e. joeymast99)
