There are a few things I'd like to address:

“I”... stop being a narcissist. You’re basically saying that you want the rank to be in a better position to enact changes that you think are necessary. That is one of the most unvarnished examples of being corrupt.

You, by yourself, do not dictate the outcome of the server. Yeah, you have a lot of “opinions”, but that’s all they are: opinions. You are free to bring up and post your thoughts, this site exists primarily for that purpose. However, applying so you have more influence signifies your judgement is too obscure to be determining issues pertaining to changes in the game.

You can’t excuse your consistent immaturity with “irl issues”. As an applicant, you’re being treated the same way everyone else in your position is. You being a former staff member, I certainly shouldn’t have to tell you that.

Pretty self-explanatory. Emphasis on the “made myself”.

Although this may be true, you don’t seem to be capable of respecting the people who have a view contrary to your own. Though this may be cliche and obvious, the world does not revolve around you. You simply fail to see your own faults.

It goes without saying that ALL of your actions count, whether for better or worse. If you really don’t believe that, go to a bookstore and buy some dot-to-dot books so you can practice connecting the dots.

Whether or not using the word "I" makes me narcissistic, or trying to make the community better by becoming a staff member to make decisions that are not being made is a bad trait or a wanted trait is to be debated. Thank you for your feedback, however I do not see the need to flame.

You’ve been nothing but cocky, disruptive, rude, and sarcastic up until the days before you re-applied. Rather than attempting to civilly discuss matters(Karsa’s ban, suggestions to the game) with staff, you flamed at almost every staff member that attempted to help your situation and complained about the “lack of staff” when none gave you any attention.

There’s a trust built between the playerbase and staff. If you can’t cooperate with the community, then you truly aren’t adequate for the job of making, as well as enforcing, decisions for the server.

It's ironic how my entire argument against your staff application was built around that motif.
