Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyok, Seireitsukai no Blade Dance, Black Clover, Elfen Lied, Seven Deadly Sins (2nd season). Some of the ones I'm currently watching/just finished. A couple are ecchi. Blade Dance is prob the most ecchi. In case you don't like that.
