The account had God Apples in it's horses, seemingly put there prior to resignation from SMOD. The person using the account was abusing these thus the account was banned for compromised rather than being banned out right.

No, the ban for compromised account is fine. The same ban applies when a user hacks into a staff acc to ban people, and this is similar. he logged in to the account and abused perks that rock got as a staff.
but if you have proof of a password change etc. you should get unbanned

He didn't get unbanned though :v It took nearly 3 weeks iirc
