Find the error, or 1=2 and all math is wrong.

a=b+a, that is the incorrect spot as it should have been 2a=b+a if a and b have the same value, given to us at the start

then for the rest of the problem it'd be 2a=a+a, 2a=2a, 1=1, since, if I am correct, 1=2 is a no solutions

True, true, however a(b-a)=(b+a)(b-a)... b-a=0, you divide both sides by b-a in order to end up with that, and you can't divide by zero. THAT'S the real problem. I think Tac posted this before...

oh...I got for that ab-a^2=b^2-ab+ab-a^2, ab=b^2-a^2, and now that I write that down, you are correct, it sounded right in my mind lol
